WHO WE ARE

One Community,

 One Cause,

One Destiny

We are a Florida 501(c)(3) organization of locally engaged citizens committed to supporting the Tampa Bay community through volunteering and charitable activities. Our service spans over 15 years, starting in 2005 with Guyanese migrant families. At the heart of our organization still lies their determination to improve the quality of life for Guyanese and Guyanese-Americans both at home and abroad.

In addition, as part of our mission to promote cross-cultural awareness and unity between American and Guyanese communities, our organization provides educational opportunities, aid during hardships and emergencies, and support to new Guyanese immigrants in Tampa Bay. We hold our most notable event, Taste of Guyana, every year, to celebrate Guyanese culture and traditions. Moreover, we use a portion of our proceeds to support the Tampa Bay Paint Your Heart Out Program, homeless pregnant women and their babies through Alpha House, and fund scholarships for college-bound high school graduates.
